Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation charge.

Missed Appointments and Access Issues

If we arrive and are unable to access the property, or the appointment cannot proceed due to missing or incorrect access information, a call-out fee will apply.

Late Arrivals

If clients are significantly late or unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Emergency or Exceptional Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen and will always aim to be fair and reasonable where unexpected circumstances arise.
